What it is

Freek Dam and his daughter Fenneke Dam invite you to participate in the Breath Intensive Retreat.

During the retreat we will use breathing techniques and energy work to move through those experiences from the past that still restrict us. We learn to be and therefore integrate with all that holds us back from living a life full of freedom, true to our self. In order to reach authentic freedom, we need to be fully present and aware in the moment. In fact, this is the first and only essential step on our spiritual journey. Everything that you really accept will change and naturally blend into your life.

Your own breath will lead you on an incredibly inspiring inner journey, allowing you to transform in the moment.

Conscious breathing is the main entrance to access everything that lies in the shadow of your awareness. In various breathing sessions you will have the opportunity to become aware of what’s underneath and open up to the core of your being.

Change and transformation don’t just happen automatically, they require bravery, commitment and determination. But the reward is immense. Once you really take responsibility for your own happiness, everything is possible.

During the 5-day program we will be using different awareness exercises that can be easily integrated into your daily life.
The morning program will include yoga, meditation with pranayama, group breath session and dance. In the afternoon, group breath session, Chi Gong and body awareness exercises.
In the evening program a combined session where pranayama, breath meditation and Chi Gong will play an important role. The program also offers opportunities to relax, enjoy the sauna and Jacuzzi, and go for lovely walks in the surrounding countryside.

The teachers of the retreat both live and work in the Netherlands. Freek Dam is a very experienced spiritual guide and psychologist/coach. His daughter Fenneke is a breath coach and an experienced yoga teacher.
