What it is

Well-being Retreat focuses on revitalizing and harmonizing your health, and also personal growth using Max Strom’s Inner Axis system. Our time together will consist of full practices of breath-initiated movement and Yoga, lectures, writing, and discussion.

Take this extraordinary opportunity to join the inspiring and empowering teacher Max Strom for his spring well-being retreat. Enjoy seven days in beauty, transformation, and essential community.

The event will be taught in English.

Requirements
For the ultimate retreat experience, it is suggested that you practice several times with Max’s IA-30 video on YouTube (just go to YouTube and look up INNER AXIS 30) before the retreat to familiarize yourself with some of the practice we will be doing. This will enhance your experience.
For more detailed instruction of the breathing method, you can also purchase Max’s Learn to Breathe DVD through www.yogatanja.com, www.amazon.com, or as digital downloads right to your phone or tablet at www.maxstrom.com.

Bookings & Information

This package only contains the fee for the chosen room and a full board basis.
The Tuition fee itself it is not included in this package:
Euro 550.- for the entire Inner Axis program or
Euro 450.- for students, who graduated off Max’s Inner Axis Teacher 200 hour Teacher Training or who are attending his Teacher Training right now.

08:00 to 09:00  Breakfast
10:30 to 12:00  Inner Axis, Movement and Breathing
13:00 to 14:00  Lunch 
14:00 to 16:00  Free Time
16:00 to 18:00 Inner Axis, Movement and Breathing
18:30 to 19:30 Dinner
20:45 to 21:15 Lecture, meditation, or free time

Arrivals / Departures
On Friday, May 1st, 2020, check-in is possible as from 14:00 onwards.
Please arrive at Mandali at the latest by 18:00 pm for the opening-dinner followed by a meet & greet. Your first class will be the following morning.

On the last day, Thursday, May 7th 2020 we will check out of the rooms by 10:00 am.
There will be one last class after breakfast from 10:00 to 11:30.
Lunch at 12:30  and the use of the Body Care Center facilities on the last day is included.
