Mandali Meditation Retreat

What it is

The 6-day Mandali Meditation Retreat is offered for anyone wishing to step back for a while from the pressures and activity of daily life and take time to experience and explore the practice of meditation.

Guided by experienced meditation teacher Steve Cope, there will be regular sessions of meditation, as well as time to discuss the practice, ask questions and share our experience. We will have the opportunity to practise meditation while walking, and to experience how the mindfulness and awareness of meditation can be brought into everything we do.

There will be space in the programme to relax and follow your own rhythm—walking in the beautiful countryside, meditating on your veranda, or relaxing in the hot tub—as well as an optional daily yoga class for anyone wanting to include this in their retreat.

Mandali provides the perfect environment to disconnect from your busy schedule, relax and recharge, and give yourself the time to just be. Supported by regular practice, in the unhurried atmosphere of the retreat, we can begin to find a bit more kindness and gentleness for ourselves, and rediscover more presence, balance and meaning.

Taking time away to experience the depth of meditation over 6 days can also be a great support when we get back home. It can provide us with the inspiration to continue a regular practice and give us the tools we need to take charge of our own meditation.

Numbers on the meditation retreat are limited so that you can receive all the support you need to make the most of your time at Mandali.

The first day of the Mandali Meditation Retreat starts at 3PM but you are welcome to arrive earlier. Check-in time is 2PM but we try our best to provide a check-in as early as possible. Please take a look at our FAQ pages for more practical information about Mandali.
