Mandali Coming Home Retreat - The Voice of Silence

25 - 30 January 2019

What it is

The Mandali Coming Home Retreat offers you an opportunity to practice meditation and self-inquiry. Meditation supports you in relaxing inside. Self inquiry helps you to understand and let-go of the barriers, that keep you from relaxing inside. To this retreat we welcome beginners in meditation as well as those who have practicing for many years. The methods we use always meet you, just where you are at this point in your life.Transformation is a spontaneous and natural process that unfolds when you learn to truly accept yourself.

The Mandali Coming Home Retreats were specially designed to offer participants of the Mandali Experience an opportunity to deepen their experience of meditation. These retreats are also open to all others who would like to come home to themselves.

  • Coming Home – Meditation is your natural state
  • Presence is truly being yourself, being real
  • Learning to listen to the voice of silence
  • What are we seeking? We want to be ourselves, because we love being real
  • Finding yourself – Learning what it means to be real
  • Recognizing your essential nature
  • Essence – Seeing the inner nobility and beauty of people
  • Understanding how the activity of the mind is interfering with being yourself
  • Learning to be loose and natural – learning to flow like water
  • Letting go of defenses – allowing vulnerability
  • Qualities of the Heart – Acceptance
