The Mandali Coming Home Retreat offers you an opportunity to practice meditation and self-inquiry. Meditation supports you in relaxing inside. Self inquiry helps you to understand and let-go of the barriers, that keep you from relaxing inside. To this retreat we welcome beginners in meditation as well as those who have practicing for many years. The methods we use always meet you,just where you are at this point in your life.Transformation is a spontaneous and natural process that unfolds when you learn to truly accept yourself.
The Mandali Coming Home Retreats were specially designed to offer participants of the Mandali Experience an opportunity to deepen their experience of meditation. These retreats are also open to all others who would like to come home to themselves.
