Join Jasmijn for a deeply invigorating and insightful week. Her gentle, soulful and knowledgeable approach to yoga is sure to make your retreat an unforgettable experience. Each day consist of a more energetic vinyasa flow and a restorative afternoon yin session. The combination of accessible Yin & Yang Yoga and breath-work will teach you how to recognize stress in your body and how to reduce it. Besides that, you’ll receive practical tools to intervene before stress takes over. The tools you will be learning are directly applicable in your daily life, easy and necessary.

Jasmijn works with the breath as our breath is very powerful, it's our life line. And learning to breathe deeper and more aware has numerous benefits for both physical and emotional well-being.

Knowing that every human and body is unique, Jasmijn will make sure you will get the most out of this relaxing and invigorating week. She is specialized in personal adjustment and breath work. During this retreat Jasmijn will guide you through six key instructions that -once mastered- will keep you safe in about eighty percent of all yoga postures.

During this retreat, you will enjoy three daily delicious vegetarian meals, which will consist of  breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Things to do (optional)
During your free time, you can enjoy your own rhythm and choose what suits you best. Relax in your room, take a forest walk, enjoy the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, or take a swim in the heated indoor swimming pool.

Body Cara Centre treatments
A good massage can feel wonderful, help integrate all level of experience, and liberate your body from the tightness and holdings that keep pulling you backwards.
There are various types of massages available at Mandali’s Body Care Center and they can be booked at an additional cost. Full information on the massage type and therapist of your choice can be obtained at the reception.
