Mandali Experience Special is a program designed for those who want to explore a wider range of classes and get a deeper exploration of themselves and the world around them.
Theme: Awakening through the body– Conscious movement with Nishta and Qi-Gong with Mario
Conscious Movement is a meditation practice that resources us for cultivating a more conscious compassionate and creative spirit. Using catalyzing soundscapes, guided explorations and universal movement principles like breath, expansion, release, and ground; we access the sensate body to free ourselves from holding patterns, care for our emotions and make peace with our thinking minds. During these sessions, we will have the opportunity to give these parts of ourselves outer expression through the body.Each session is thematic and can be attended in and of itself as a complete process and all sessions build into one other for a deeper dive and a fuller transformative journey. Yin qigong exercises are expressed through relaxed stretching, visualization and breathing, and can be expressed in a more aerobic or dynamic way. They are particularly effective for supporting the immune system. These exercises help to maintain health by creating a state of mental and physical calmness, which indicates that the Qi energy is balanced and harmonious. What is the Mandali Experience Special? Our high-quality guest teachers will offer a great diversity of classes and activities, besides Conscious Movement and Qi Gong, we will offer also guided meditation, yoga classes as well as music events; a playful, heart-warming experience where we satisfy your curiosity and get a great opportunity to celebrate life!
You will also have free time where you can enjoy our body-care centre and get a healing massage, spend some quiet time in the sauna, or have a stroll on the mountain. And perhaps most importantly take some time to rediscover what’s really important to you and let go of the things that are no longer serving you.
The first day of the Mandali experience starts at 3 PM. You are welcome to arrive earlier. Check-in time is at 2 PM but we try our best to provide a check-in as early as possible. Please take a look at our FAQ pages for more practical information about the Mandali Experience.
