Mandali Experience Special is a program designed for those who want to explore a wider range of classes and get a deeper exploration of themselves and the world around them.
Our high-quality guest teachers will offer a great diversity of classes and activities, besides the Rhythm and Sound workshop we will offer Guided Meditation, Yoga classes, Qi-gong, Conscious Movement, Crystalline Labyrinth, as well as Music Events. It’s up to you to design the experience that will best serve you, by participating in as much or as little of the program as you wish. This is a playful, heart-warming experience where we satisfy your curiosity and get a great opportunity to celebrate life!
You will also have free time where you can enjoy our body-care center, take a soak in the hot tub overlooking the lake, relax in your beautiful accommodation, relish the delicious homemade meals, meditate on your veranda, take a massage or enjoy a walk in the forest. And perhaps most importantly, take some time to rediscover what’s really important to you and let go of the things that are no longer serving you. Workshop Theme : Sync your Self - Sound and Rhythm with Cornelia Rhythm and sound are a direct link into the inner experience of being held and „One“ in the mystery of existence. They „are“ a direct and pure appearance of the primordial movement of the universe in our dimension. This is why sound and rhythm have always been consciously „used“ in the old spiritual practices and temple schools as a doorway and link into the mystery and as an opener for integral awareness. The journeys offered here can shift and clear imbalances on many levels, guiding you into a natural state of harmony and order. It can bring you a deep inner sense of being held and home within - inner stillness and peace.
