Every Now and Then we become playful with our in-House program "Mandali Experience", and offer a week of celebration.
This retreat is designed for the ones who want to get more from their experiences and explore a wider range of classes. During this experience, our high-quality guest teachers will offer a great diversity of classes and activities, besides The Healing through Sound workshop, we will offer Guided Meditation, Yoga classes, Kum Nye, Music Events. It’s up to you to design the experience that will best serve you, by participating in as much or as little of the program as you wish. This is a playful, heart-warming experience where we satisfy your curiosity and get a great opportunity to celebrate life!
You will also have free time where you can enjoy our body-care center and get a healing massage, or spend some quiet time in the sauna, or have a lovely stroll on the mountain. And perhaps most importantly take some time to rediscover what’s really important to you and let go of the things that are no longer serving you.
In this very special edition of the Mandali Experience, we offer you a unique healing journey exploring the Healing through Sound. In addition to our program of daily yoga and meditation, we are joined by Thea and Marianne, renowned sound healers and musicians who will share their gifts with us.
Program with Thea and Marianne
1. Sound Healing, Harp-therapy session and physical relaxation. 2. Vedic Philosophy, Mudra and Pranayama combined with sacred Sanskrit Mantras. 3. Sound and Light, Yantra, Mandala, Visualisation, Guided imagery in music. 4. Basics of Sanskrit Language, Mantra Meditations with Japamala. 5. Nada Yoga, Meditation on Sound and the individual note of resonance. 6. The Divine practice of Mantras in the form of Kirtan.
Concert
Mantras, Kirtan, sacred songs along to Thea and Marianne in concert.
The first day of the Mandali experience starts at 3 PM. You are welcome to arrive earlier. Check-in time is at 2 PM but we try our best to provide a check-in as early as possible. Please take a look at our FAQ pages for more practical information about the Mandali Experience.
