What it is

The seventh chakra, Sahasrara, conveys radiance and regeneration.
When we mindfully open the crown chakra we connect to an oasis of silence that gives space to our digital lives. Get out of the universe of over-consumption and surround yourself in nature, where less is more. You will be given the chance to linger over a quiet landscape and enjoy the moments of solitude you’ve been longing for.

Every detail of the retreat is a thoughtfully crafted journey to get you thinking like a minimalist. Erica will weave Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, Meditation, Dance, Ceremony, Healing and Creativity with a tender spirit to reinvigorate your personal practice. Commanding alignment in your body relates directly to your thinking and you'll learn how to incorporate these positive mindsets into your daily life.

Open to both beginners and advanced practitioners, yoga is practiced twice daily in the fresh mountain air, 850 meters above sea level, with a stunning view of the lake.
Explore how you, as a creative, can find inspiration from alone time and how a quiet mind can lead to beautiful work.

Art and expression is a profound part of our practice while on retreat. To reveal your self-imposed blocks, Erica will set the scene with inner artist stations; containing avenues of body art, earth + water mandala making, music, movement and writing. These explorations in radical expression will help further your self-study and allow you to stay in a place where creativity is fertile.
