“For many years people have asked me to think about a relationship retreat not just for couples but to include people not in an intimate relationship in the moment. Since regardless of being partnered or not, we are all in relationship all the time, what a lovely invitation for me!
I have long wanted to run a retreat for any person, coupled or not, who wants to explore "who am I in relationship and what parts of me keep my heart protected"
This retreat, open to all, will explore these questions and more, each days inquiry building on the one before it. There will be time for internal exploration (U-turn work) as well as time to share with a partner, in small groups and the large group, to write, draw, spend time in nature as well as is often the case create a safe and welcoming community.
Much of the work is based on Internal family systems, but no prior training is necessary”
