What it is

The focus will be revitalizing and harmonizing your health, and also for personal growth using Max Strom’s system, Inner Axis. The time together will consist of full practices of breath-initiated movement and Yoga, lectures, and writing.

The classes will be taught in English.

REQUIREMENTS

For the ultimate retreat experience, it is important that each participant has practiced with Max Strom before, or, has practiced several times with Max’s yoga DVD Learn to Breathe, to heal yourself and your relationships prior to the retreat prior to committing to this immersion. We entrust you to ensure this requirement will be fulfilled.

This package only contains the fee for the chosen room and a full board basis.
The retreat fee itself it is not included in this package: 
Euro 550.- for the entire Inner Axis program  or
Euro 450.- for students, who graduated off Max’s Inner Axis Teacher Training or who are attending a Teacher Training of Max’s right now

Suggested Program

Daily Schedule (subject to modifications)

8:30 to 9:30 am Breakfast
10:30 to 12:00 pm Inner Axis, Movement and Breathing
1:00 to 2:00 pm Lunch and free time
4:00 to 6:00 pm Inner Axis, Movement and Breathing
6:30 to 7:30 pm Dinner
8:45 to 9:15 pm Lecture, meditation, or free time

Arrivals / Departures

On Saturday, May 25th, 2019, check-in is possible as from 2:00 pm.
Please arrive at Mandali at the latest at 6:00 pm for the opening-dinner followed by a meet & greet. Your first class will be the following morning.

On the last day, Friday, May 31st, 2019 check out of the rooms is 10:00 am.
There will be one last class after breakfast from 10:30 bis 11:30. Lunch at 1:00 pm and the usage of the Body Care Center on the last day is included.
