Trine loves sharing the transformational practices of yoga and meditation. She is a truly dedicated yogini specializing in Yin Yoga, Slowflow Yoga and Mindfulness meditation. Her primary teacher is Sarah Powers, Tias Little and Paul Grilley. She is now an endorsed Insight Yoga instructor and a senior Prajna Yoga instructor. Trine has many years of experience teaching public classes, teacher trainings, immersions and workshops. Her students appreciate her intelligent sequencing, understanding of functional anatomy and detailed cues aimed at creating an inner as well as outer sense of well-being.
