It's been both a stressful and transformative year and a half for all of us. I hope you're doing okay.


Taking our physical and mental health into account and prioritising our wellness has definitely become a priority for so many of us!


But knowing where to start, what information to trust and how to make changes can be challenging.


With an introduction to boosting your immunity, our program takes a holistic approach to teach you the tools you need to stay strong and healthy during tough times - from within you and what's around you.


I am so very happy to welcome you to this special Healthy Happy Retreat to support you. During this new moon week we offer a transformative experience to optimise your gut health, to detoxify and strengthen your body, mind and soul in the medicinal Mandali surroundings.


Together, we will come to understand how we consume life and how life consumes us. You will then learn how to minimise and eliminate negative factors with positive daily practices.


A very healing and holistic experience has been created for this to be a fully immersive and beautifully balanced program. Each day will consist of guided meditation, immunity boosting workshops influenced by Ayurvedic practice, active & restorative yoga, sound healing, journaling and connecting with nature.


There will also be ample time to enjoy the remarkable grounds, spa facilities and delicious plant-based dining at Mandali.


You will leave confident, refreshed, grounded and reconnected to your inner self. And having forged wonderful, new friendships - with a big smile on your face; all with the knowledge and tools to easily integrate healthy lifestyle habits into your daily life.
